Woori Card beats leading Korean Air in front of the largest number of spectators in the season

Men’s professional volleyball Woori Card won a thrilling victory against the strong team Korean Air despite the bad news of Corona 19.

Woori Card defeated Korean Air with a set score of 3 to 2 (22-25 26-24 25-22 22-25 21-19) in the Dodram 2022-2023 V-League home game held at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul.

Woori Card (32 points, 12 wins, 9 losses), with 2 points, chased the 3rd place OK Financial Group (33 points, 11 wins, 10 losses) to the bottom of the chin.

It was a valuable victory against the league leader in adverse conditions where coach Shin Young-cheol, middle blocker Lee Sang-hyun, and backup setter Han Tae-jun left due to a confirmed Corona 19.

Korean Air and opponents this season are also balanced with 2 wins and 2 losses.

The number of spectators who visited Jangchung Gymnasium today (14th) was 3,217, which was the largest number of spectators in the men’s game this season.

Both teams split the 1st and 2nd sets with a sparkly close match from the beginning of the game. 토토사이트

In the 3rd set 22-23, Korean Air, who gave up a set due to Lincoln’s mistake and Han’s foul of a back player, showed their potential in the 4th set and drove the match to the 5th set.

However, the last team to laugh was Woori Card.

In the 5th set, the seesaw game continued with the scores fluctuating, and the match was led to deuce.

Woori Card ended the bloody battle with Na Kyung-bok’s back attack and Park Jun-hyeok’s open attack in 19-19.

Agamez scored 25 points, and Na Gyeong-bok put up with 23 points while enduring shoulder pain.

The performance of Kim Wan-jong and Kim Ji-han, born in 1999, also stood out.

Kim Wan-jong, who replaced Lee Sang-hyun, scored 13 points (attack success rate 81.82%), including 2 sub-aces and 2 blocking, and Kim Ji-han scored 12 points by operating the scorer in each match.

Korean Air Lincoln was overshadowed by the team defeat even after scoring the most points (44 points) of its own this season, including the league’s highest number of serve aces (9).
