“Billiard Queen” Kim Ga-young (Hana Card) will attempt to win her sixth career professional billiards PBA title against Kim Min-ah (NH Card).
Kim defeated Kim Bo-mi (NHC) in the LPBA semifinals of the ‘Gyeongju Blue One Resort PBA-LPBA Championship’ at Blue One Resort in Gyeongju on Sunday afternoon with a set score of 3-1.먹튀검증
Kim became the first player in LPBA history to reach 10 finals.
Second on the list is Sreng Piavi (Cambodia-Blue One Resort) with eight.
Currently tied with Lim Jung-sook (SK Rent-a-Car) for the most LPBA wins with five, Kim has a chance to go one better.
A sixth victory would tie her with “Billiard Emperor” Frederique Koudron (Belgium-Wellcome Savings Bank) for the most wins in both the PBA and LPBA.
Kim will be fighting for the trophy with Kim Ga-young.

Immediately after the semifinals, Kim said, “I’m happy. I’m always nervous about the opening tournament of the season because it’s the first time I get to showcase what I’ve been working on in the offseason. I’m looking forward to reaching the finals after all the twists and turns.”
In the other semifinal match, Kim Min-ah defeated Oh Soo-jung with a set score of 3-2 to set up a battle with Kim Ga-young for the title.
This LPBA meeting between Kim and Kim comes two years after their semifinal match at the Blue One Resort Championship in the opening round of the 2021-2022 season.
Back then, Kim defeated Kim Min-ah to punch her ticket to the final.
Kim and Kim will face off in the finals at 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 18 for the $30 million first prize.

Meanwhile, in the men’s PBA event that followed, international three-cushion star Semi “Mr. Magic” Seiginer (Turkiye-Huons) joined the quarterfinals.
Seiginer won his Round of 16 match against Uhm Sang-pil (Blue One Resort) 3-1 in straight sets to extend his winning streak to four games from the Round of 128.
Seiginer’s quarterfinal opponent is two-time PBA Tour champion David Zapata (Spain-Blue One Resort).
Last year’s opening round winner Jae-ho Cho (NH Card) and “Spanish powerhouse” Javier Palazon (Huons) are also in the quarterfinals.
In the quarterfinals on the afternoon of the 18th, Cho will face Park In-soo and Palazon will face Lee Sang-dae for a ticket to the quarterfinals.
